- Communications: Messages you send to us or Potential Buyers/Renters via our platform or Telegram.

- Promotions: For opted-in marketing, we advertise properties on platforms like Facebook or Twitter, charging a 10% fee.
- Personalized Offers: With your permission, we send emails or notifications about properties or services.
- Analytics: We use our MAnchor tool to track clicks, views, and engagements, and third-party tools like Google Analytics to understand user behavior and improve our platform. MAnchor data is stored securely and not shared or sold.
2.3 Security
- Verification: To check identities and prevent fraud, like fake bids.
- Monitoring: To spot and stop suspicious activity, working with our payment processor.

- Compliance: To meet requirements like anti-money laundering or tax laws.

- Payment Processors (e.g., Paystack) for transactions.
- Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to improve our platform. Our MAnchor tool processes analytics data internally and does not share it.
